Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, SheaDay Studio does not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or accidental orders.
Please review the size guides carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@shea-day.com with:

A brief description of the issue
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for any item that arrives with a verified defect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SheaDay Studio is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. If a package is missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun and changes may not be possible.
