All SheaDay Studio items are made to order and shipped with care.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. This is the time it takes to create your item before it ships.

During high-volume periods (such as launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Multiple Shipments

Because items are fulfilled through our production partner, your order may arrive in separate packages if multiple products are ordered.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, SheaDay Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SheaDay Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

SheaDay Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
